About Me

Hi, I’m Caroline, and I off tutoring and support services through offering neuroaffirming sessions for children, young people, and families navigating a world that often doesn’t understand them.
I’m also neurodivergent myself. I was diagnosed late, at 35, after a lifetime of masking, burnout, and never quite fitting in. I know what it feels like to be misunderstood, to struggle in silence, and to feel out of place in environments that aren’t built for you.
That’s why everything I do is built around one key principle:
No one I work with will ever feel “too much,” “not enough” or “wrong” during our sessions together.
💛 My Approach
As someone with lived experience of being unsupported and overlooked, I’m committed to creating a space where learning and self-growth can feel safe, validating, and actually enjoyable.
My work is:
- 🌈 Neuroaffirming – celebrating difference, not trying to “fix” it
- 🧠 Trauma-Informed – recognising the impact of school-based trauma, burnout, and exclusion
- 🤝 Relationship-Focused – because connection always comes before content
