Safeguarding

Safeguarding the welfare of children and young people is a priority.

  • Enhanced DBS check (registered with the Update Service)
  • Safeguarding training completed and kept up to date
  • Clear safeguarding procedures followed at all times

Data Protection & GDPR

Neuro Inclusive Learning is registered with the Information Commissioner’s
Office (ICO) and complies with GDPR requirements.

Personal data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering
agreed support.

Insurance

Appropriate insurance is held and kept up to date, including professional
indemnity and public liability cover.

Scope & Limitations

  • Support does not replace education, therapy, or clinical services
  • Advocacy support does not include legal advice or representation
  • All work is agreed in advance and boundaried clearly

Terms of Engagement

Terms of engagement, including fees, cancellation policies, and scope of work,
are provided prior to the start of any support.
